Digest Submission

General Guide

• All papers presented at ICEMS 2026 will be posted on IEEE Xplore and be cited on EI (Engineering Index).
• Selected papers will be recommended to the review process for the possible publication in the IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications.

Digest Submission Guideline

• One page digest (PDF only) should be submitted online through the ICEMS 2026 website by May 10, 2026. Authors may further edit and modify submitted digests until the submission deadline.
• One Page Digest Template is provided for the preparation of your digest.
• Digest must not have been published or submitted for presentation to any national and/or international meeting before ICEMS 2026.
• Authors are required to indicate their presentation preference between oral and poster by checking the appropriate box on the submission web page. The Technical Program Committee, however, reserves the right to make the final decision.
• Acknowledgment of your submission will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the main author. Please make sure that you receive an e-mail confirmation after making your submission.
• Digest acceptance will be informed by June 14, 2026.

Requirement of Paper Submission

• In principle, all presenters must register by the deadline for their papers to be included in the program and e-Proceedings of ICEMS 2026.
• In order to submit the full paper, you first must make an advanced registration by July 31, 2026.
• One Regular Registration allows an author to present up to two papers. However, an additional paper fee is required to present the second paper. Student registrations cannot be used to present papers. If a student needs to present a paper, they must register under the REGULAR or MEMBER category.
