ICEMS 2026 will be held from 24 to 27 November 2026 at Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Singapore.

Conference Banquet Fully Booked

The ICEMS 2026 Conference Banquet has reached full capacity. For all new registrations made from 14 September 2026 onwards, the Conference Banquet will no longer be included in the registration package. Accordingly, conference registration fees have been reduced by S$200.

Registrations completed before 14 September 2026 that included the Conference Banquet remain valid, and no action is required from existing registrants.

Conference Registration Fees

All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). The USD amounts are approximate and are provided for reference only. All registration deadlines are based on Singapore time (UTC+8).

Eligibility

  • A valid membership number is required for the Member rate.
  • Student registrants must provide proof of current student status.

Author Registration Policy

To ensure that an accepted paper is included in the ICEMS 2026 program and conference proceedings, the following requirements apply:

  1. Each accepted paper must be covered by a paid Regular or Member registration by the 28 August 2026.
  2. Student registrations cannot be used to cover an accepted paper. Student authors presenting a paper must register under the Regular or Member category, as applicable.
  3. One accepted paper is included with each Author Registration. A second accepted paper by the same registered author may be covered upon payment of the S$350 Additional Paper Fee.
  4. Papers exceeding four pages are subject to an Additional Page Fee of S$150 per page. The maximum paper length is 6 pages.
  5. Each paper must be presented at the conference by an author. Only papers presented at the conference will be submitted to IEEE for possible inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, subject to meeting IEEE’s scope and quality requirements.

Payment Information

  • Registration fees must be paid in Singapore Dollars.
  • Available payment methods will be shown in the online registration system.
  • A registration confirmation and receipt will be issued once payment has been successfully completed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the ICEMS 2026 Conference Secretariat at secretariat@icems2026.org.
