STEP 1: Register
Register before submitting!
- In order to submit the full paper, you first must make an advanced registration and paying your fee by August 24, 2026.
- One Regular Registration allows an author to present up to two papers. An additional paper fee of S$350 is required to present the second paper.
- Papers exceeding six pages are subject to an Additional Page Fee of S$150 per page. The maximum paper length is 8 pages.
- Student registrations cannot be used to present papers. If a student needs to present a paper, they must register under the REGULAR or MEMBER category.
STEP 2: Convert PDF

Create IEEE PDF eXpress account and use IEEE PDF eXpress to attain IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s). All papers which will be published in ICEMS 2026 Proceedings MUST be compliant with the IEEE Xplore system as the papers will be archived in IEEE Xplore system.

- Click “Create account” on the bottom of the page.
- Enter the following:

- Continue to enter information as prompted.
- An online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

STEP 3: Submit
Submit the converted full paper and signed copyright via MY PAGE of the digest submitter.
- Please submit the CONVERTED FULL PAPER (in PDF) and SIGNED COPYRIGHT (in PDF) to ICEMS 2026.
- Authors should check that everything is correct before submission.
- After the paper submission is completed, check the author information in online system and modify it with latest information. (No correction will be possible after the submission deadline.)

Plagiarism and Excessive Re-use of Earlier Material
Authors must ensure that their submissions are substantially different from any of their previously published work. Prior to submission to ICEMS 2026, all manuscripts should be checked for plagiarism and duplicate publication using the IEEE CrossCheck Portal (https://crosscheck.ieee.org).
